Infinity Lifts for the Future and Beyond
The Cibes Lift Group launches phase one of Infinity, a global product development project designed to optimise the diversity and flexibility of the company’s product portfolio.
The first phase of the Infinity project is presently being launched in China, and in the second phase, additional products of the Infinity line will be rolled out to Europe, MENA, America and Oceania. Thanks to the smart concept behind Infinity, it is easy to add new features like backlit mood walls and ceilings, but also to adapt the colours, finishes and materials of the lifts to different markets and trends.
“As a fast-growing, global company, we need to make sure that we have the flexibility to adapt to different markets, while ensuring the efficiency, sustainability and quality of our products and processes. We also want to be able to renew our product portfolio with cool new features and designs on a regular basis. Infinity offers us the possibility to do just that”, Theodor Ernstson, Director of Product Management & Modularization, explains.
Infinity is run by project teams in China and Sweden, but selected staff members worldwide have been involved throughout the project.
“I find it particularly inspiring that people from so many different countries have been invited to share their ideas and give feedback at different stages of this project. The first phase of Infinity is launched now, but the project paves the way for several new generations of products to come.
“We launch our first Infinity product lines in China now, and within the next few years, many more products will be launched worldwide.
